Restaurant General Manager
Molly’s career in hospitality began rather unexpectedly when she moved to Oahu, Hawaii and became a server at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. During her year-long stint at the Resort, she led the launch of the wine program at the Hokulea coffee and wine bar and served as its manager and later traveled all over the country with various hotel brands. She lived and worked in Colorado, Texas and Nebraska before returning to Four Seasons to join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville as the General Manager of the Hotel’s flagship restaurant, Mimo Restaurant and Bar.
Molly is eager to welcome guests from all walks of life into Mimo Restaurant and Bar and create lasting memories for them, not just because of the exquisite culinary offerings, but because of the people on her team.
